You may feel you don’t have the right systems and strategies in place to reach the number and type of weddings that work for your financial and creative freedom.
As a qualified coach, I would love to help you create a wedding business that gives you freedom, joy and profit, and lets you live life on your own terms.

Natasha Spencer
A Business Coach Who Said ‘I do’ to Weddings
I know what it’s like to run a wedding business – because I did it myself for many years. I was one of the original UK wedding planners, launching my planning business in 2002.
At the time there were fewer than ten wedding planners in the UK, social media didn’t exist and hardly anyone had a website. There was nowhere to get advice and I very much learnt as I went along.
I then set up the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners, an industry body for the wedding industry, promoting professionalism and honesty. Through the UKAWP I became a spokesperson for the wedding industry, and created a benchmark of standards that planners abide by, as well as mentoring and training over 1,000 wedding planners. I feel immensely proud of the UKAWP legacy.
There were many highlights during my two decades in the wedding industry: organising hundreds of weddings, training other planners, writing a book. But the biggest highlight was always empowering other wedding businesses to succeed – which is exactly why I decided to become a wedding business consultant, and why I love my job so much.

My Values as a Wedding Business Consultant
I believe…
- In honesty and integrity.
- You can be nice AND successful; it doesn’t have to be one or the other.
- Introverts rock, but so do extroverts.
- Creative businesses are awesome and can change the world, or at least can change your world.[1]
- You deserve to be paid for your time, talent and experience.
- You need to go beyond aesthetic Instagram feeds and start getting strategic with business.
- In being debt free.
- In building assets so money works harder year after year.
- Reaching for six figures is great, as long as you’re aware of the implications once you go past the VAT threshold.
My Commitment to Knowledge
Alongside my extensive experience of the wedding industry, I regularly invest in my own growth and training. Some of my qualifications include:
Stu McLarens “Tribe” Membership training
Gemma Went – Business Consultant + Energy Healer certification, IAPC&M & CPD approved, 9 month programme.
Lisa Johnson: One to Many Programme, 3 month live on how to launch a passive income stream. CPD approved

A Lover of Dogs, Disney and Cosy Nights In
I live in Essex with my husband, three children and our two sprocker spaniels Freddy and Loki – in fact, if you watch closely you’ll probably see them in videos I record. I met my husband after we started arguing at the bar in a nightclub, but after a while I decided he was actually pretty cute!
A renowned introvert, I’d rather be at home curled up on the sofa than attending a fancy soiree – ironic considering the 19 years I spent organising the most fabulous celebrations! I’d choose mountains and canyons over a beach holiday any day but I’m also discovering a new love for cruises.
Don’t ever ask me how to get somewhere, as I have zero sense of direction. I have a crazy sweet tooth but can’t understand what the fuss is about gin. And I’m an avid reader and go through a book a day, including business books – I’m always happy to share my recommendations.
